Social Media Officer Internship (up to 6 months) 

CERN is looking for an intern, in 2020 for up to 6 months. The chosen candidate will receive a monthly subsistence of 1’500 CHF. During the requested training period the student must remain enrolled in an educational establishment. This intern will be integrated to the Editorial Content Development section of the Education Communication and Outreach group at CERN. 

Your tasks will be to take part in CERN's Social Media activities:

  • Prepare and post content to our social-media platforms
  • Monitor CERN’s e-reputation
  • Participate in organising our digital events (FacebookLive, Q&A online, etc.)
  • Propose new formats for CERN’s existing or new Social Media platforms (Instagram stories, etc.)

You will need an excellent level of spoken and written English or French. The ability to understand and speak the other language in professional contexts would be an asset.
